Psalm 103 20-22

“Praise the Lord, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his word. Praise the Lord, all his heavenly hosts, you his servants who do his will. Praise the Lord, all his works everywhere in his dominion. Praise the Lord, my soul.”

We are to praise the Lord, every human and everything. Even the mighty angels praise God. He is in control and rules from heaven right now. Even if we cannot see it, he is ruling and in control! When we praise God, we are remembering everything that he has done for us. Obeying his commands and fearing him, and doing his will is a part too. This Psalm has shown us that God is durable, everlasting and loves us for eternity, as far as the east is from the west. We need to remember God is on our side always. Does your life praise God?

Dear Lord, thank you for your love. Thank you that you rule and control everything for eternity in heaven. Help me to share your love and mercy, give me strength and durability to run the race you have given me. I pray this through Jesus’ name, Amen.
