Habakkuk 2:2

“Then the Lord replied: ’Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it.’”

When God speaks to us, He often does it in unique and intimate ways. He can utilize anyway to get your attention, but the real question is are you listening? When He seeks to change you, He almost always starts by stirring your heart or making you feel uncomfortable in your situation. Next, He will give you a slight glimpse of where He is taking you. I have a hard time determining sometimes if it is God tugging at me or just my own imagination. Through signs, tugs, and recurring messages He finally reaches me. How often have you said you want to be used by God, but you ignore Him calling you? I can definitely relate to this. We need to believe bigger so as to ask God for a bigger vision and to believe that your worthy of more. Sometimes I confuse the desire to experience with being greedy and discontent. We know balance is important, but desire is also divine. He will never force you into something, God gives bigger visions to those who are willing to make bigger decisions.

Dear Lord, thank you that you want more for me. Help to realize when you are tugging at me to dream bigger. Help me to rely on you to handle what I will need once I hear your calling. Thank you that you want us to grow and become a bigger part of your kingdom. I pray this in Jesus’ name, Amen.
