Ephesians 4:15-16

“Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of Him who is the head, that is Christ. From Him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.”

Are you afraid that your weaknesses will mislead those who need to hear the truth? God has given each of His people the ability to relay His message whether you feel you have fallen short. One reason that Christ made the church was so that we can support one another. We help each other grow and learn in His truth. He joins us into a group united in purpose and in love for one another. Our testimony of what God has done for us helps us to help others and ourselves. We need to remember that we do not do this alone. We not only have God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit to help us, but we have each other. If we fall into sin we can find restoration through the church of God. Do not try to live this life alone. Are you living your Christian life alone?

Dear God, thank you for your church. Help me to remember that I am not alone, that you and the church are here for me. Give me the courage to tell my testimony and your love and mercy to others. I pray this in Jesus’ name, Amen.
