2 Corinthians 8:12

“For if the willingness is there, the gift is acceptable according to what one has, not according to what one does not have.”

The gifts you are given are not to be kept to yourself but rather be given to others. We are here to teach, to serve, and to gift out what has been gifted to us. The beautiful thing about your gifts, is that they make us able to align with God’s master plan. We should give what we have not what we do not have. Some say to give until it hurts, but we should never give as much that it would hurt our families. It does not have to be monumental to be impactful and meaningful. We should never keep all our gifts to ourselves. Even if we are nervous to use our gifts, we always need to follow what God is telling us, not what others may say you should do. Learn what your gifts are, do research in the Word or perhaps find someone with the same gifts so that you can be mentored. Do you know what your gifts are?

Dear God, Thank you for the gifts you have give me. Help me to determine what they are an how to use them. Give me your courage to share them with others. I pray this in Jesus’ Name, Amen.
