John 3:16

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.”

God so loved us that He sent His only Son to this earth to live among His people, suffer and die on the cross for each of us. Take hold of this, for all of us. Before we were believers Jesus died for us. Everyone of us here on earth. He took on our sin so that we may have eternal life and have a relationship with God that does not include animal or food sacrifices. Jesus was the ultimate sacrifice. How great is our God that He loves us so much, that once we believe in Him, we have eternal life, we no longer have to worry what happens to us after death. Where do you stand with eternal life?

Dear God, thank you for sending your Son to earth to die for all of us. Help me to live my life like I have that knowledge. Help me to show others your love and mercy, and what Jesus did for them on the cross. Give me the knowledge, wisdom, and love in order to do this. Thank you again for your sacrifice. I ask all this in Jesus’ name. Amen.
