Daniel 2:28         

“There is a God in heaven who reveals mysteries.”

When we come from a place of fatigue, doubt and worry we might miss the gentle nudge of a whisper from the Lord. These whispers are filled with wisdom and can seem like they come at an untimely or inconvenient moment. But it can be a way of how God’s promises come. Maybe a major life shift is seen with a gentle nudge. If we trust, it changes everything, how we see and how we hear. We need to have open eyes to see and ears that are ready to hear that destiny tug, which invites us into the very thing that we have been praying for. Your secret weapon will be to be open to those nudges, to hear and/or see what God is calling you to. It means entering into the next level of relationship with God. How do we do this. By prayer, reading the Word and being ready and not overwhelmed by what is going on in your life. Listening to praise music and singing along, worshipping God is one way I stay ready. What is your way of staying ready for God?

Dear God, please help me to see and hear you. When you nudge me, please help me to notice and not be so overwhelmed with other stuff that I miss your calling me. Thank you that you love me so much that even if I don’t hear the first time you do not give up. Give me eyes and ears to hear your wisdom. I pray this in Jesus’ name, Amen.
