Genesis 1:26-27

“God said, ‘Let us make humankind in our image, according to our likeness.’ So God created humankind in his image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.”

God made us in His image, both man and woman. If it was intended for both to be equally the same, physically, mentally or emotionally, are talents to be the same, what would have been the reason to have two individuals that were equally the same? God made us equal but not the same. Its obvious when you look at a man versus a woman, there are difference, none of which makes either above the other. God can anoint women just as well as men to do His work. God is equipping women to step up and minister to others, whether it is to be as a pastor, teacher, comforter, prophetess, or any multitude of aspects of the kingdom. What is God asking you to step into?

Dear Lord, thank you that you love me equally as any other of your creation. Help me to step out in courage to do what you are calling me to do. Give me strength to help others realize who they are in you. I pray this in your Son’s name, Amen.
